MDS Pro Timesheet — the Chrome extension nurses use to clock in and out.
Getting started
Accounts are created by your administrator — you cannot sign yourself up. You will receive an invitation email with a link to set your own password. Nobody else, including your administrator, ever knows that password.
Install the extensionAfter installing, open it from the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and sign in with your work email and the password you set.
Common questions
My invitation link says it expired
Set-password links are valid for 24 hours. Ask your administrator to resend the invite from the Team page — the new link replaces the old one.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the extension's sign-in screen. The reset email goes to your work address.
My hours look wrong
Start and finish times are recorded by our server at the moment you press the button, so they cannot be typed in or edited — by you or by an administrator. If a time is genuinely wrong, open Request a fix in the extension and file a correction explaining what happened. An administrator reviews it, and an approved correction is recorded alongside the original rather than replacing it.
I closed the panel — did my timer stop?
No. The clock keeps running in the background. Reopen the panel whenever you need to start a task, take a break, or sign out.
A task type or facility I need isn't in the list
Both are set by your administrator: task types per person, facilities per task type. Ask them to adjust it — the change reaches you the next time you open the task picker, with no reinstall.

Reporting a problem
When something breaks, the details that help most are: your name, what you were
doing, the date and approximate time, and the extension version. The version is
in Chrome at chrome://extensions under MDS Pro Timesheet.
